A native of the Charlotte area and real estate investor since 2003, Matthew is dedicated to providing the highest level of real estate services throughout the region. A Dean’s List graduate of Appalachian State University with a double major in Marketing & Computer Information Systems, he applies a blue-collar work ethic to help people solve their real estate problems and works to leverage 23 years of relationship-based sales, leadership, and business development experience to connect people. Core values and traits entail being Client-focused, responsive, professional, an active listener, driven, gritty, consultative, and a strong negotiator. Believing trust is the cornerstone of every business relationship, he has always taken the satisfaction of his Clients personally. As a businessperson, he believes earning and retaining trust centers around placing Clients first and doing what you say you are going to do. Serving as a connector of people within the community matters to him. Matthew was honored to be awarded the Vane Mingle Rookie of the Year by Canopy Realtor® Association in his first year of production as a Real Estate Broker.
A 20 year veteran of the real estate, property management and construction industries Rodric likes to think he has seen it all. An avid entrepreneur, Rodric has been fortunate to be a part of many successful ventures throughout the Carolinas and was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year by the Charlotte Chamber.
Hailing from Michigan and a graduate of the University of Toledo, he has lived in the Carolinas since 2002. Rodric has been proud to watch Charlotte’s growth as a builder/developer and in various non-profit and local government roles.
His love for travel…35 countries and counting… and the rich experience derived from staying with “the locals” throughout the world led him to collect properties throughout Charlotte, bringing that experience to tourists of the city. The Everlong Way – is a win-win or no deal ethos Rodric lives by, whether it’s taking care of guests, or maximizing returns for his investor clients.
Louis possesses the unique combination of over 20 years of customer service and problem-solving experience with an eye for detail, as well as being handy with a wrench. Quality, speed, efficiency, and consistent focus on guest experience describe his “can do” approach as our Operations Manager, well serving our value property owners and guests alike.
Marlene is a seasoned creative professional with a keen eye for design. She can showcase your property to help you achieve maximum return and value. Whether furnishing an entire home, or simply refreshing the existing décor, her goal is to work within your budget to elevate your property to the highest level.
When it comes to staying on top of the details Jennifer is who you want on your team. From accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, document and media management and more, Jennifer handles it all. Jennifer is a Charlotte native who graduated from UNCC with a Masters of Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist. Outside of work, she and her husband, Chuck, have two children. They enjoy camping and being outdoors.
Justin is originally from South Carolina but now calls Charlotte home. He believes in creating beautiful outdoor living spaces that inspire connection and help families spend quality time together. He helps our clients build stunning landscapes and hardscapes as well as being in charge of weekly maintenance at all of our properties.
When not at work Justin can be caught watching football or restoring his collection of vintage cars and trucks.
