PARKING: There is one allocated parking space (#4) in the parking lot located behind the building. There is also free street parking where available.
PETS: With Host approval, pets are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay. Pets are never to be left unattended at the Premises by the Guest.
SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security camera present: We have one exterior doorbell camera which will be on during your stay.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
