You will have access to the entire main house and the large, private deck, and spacious backyard. Garage and driveway in front of garage is for owner use only (guest driveway is to the left of the home).
Privacy abounds with keypad entry you can come and go as you please. Quiet hours between 10:00pm-7:00am.

Parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway (or in street) for the main house. The owners use the right side of the driveway to access their home which sits behind the property. This property comes with enough amenities for your stay (assuming you entered the correct # of guests) anything above and beyond what is left is left to the responsibility of the guest.
SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell security camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the garbage, one at the shed, and one at the gate. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
