The first floor is an entry stairway with access to the garage/lounge space. The second floor includes an open concept living area with a living space, kitchen space, dining space, half bath, and two front facing balconies. The third floor is the primary suite, which includes en suite bathroom with walk in closet and full size laundry.
You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. As 26x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.
**29 night minimum stay. Given the min length of stay, the cleaning fee is for a “deep clean” to be performed after check out.**

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell security camera at the front door, one in the driveway, and one at the rear patio. These will turned on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner’s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for direct booking reservations.**
