SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the driveway, one at the back door, and one at the boat dock. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner’s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for direct booking reservations.**
Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

“This is a beautiful space, with plenty of room to accommodate alot of people The kitchen and eating areas are huge as is the porch/sitting room! Everything we needed was in the kitchen, comfy beds and linens were very nice. The cabin is very nicely decorated and in a gorgeous neighborhood. It was too cold to go outside but the yard is very very private, tons of things to do and a really nice dock. Finally, any questions we had were answered promptly! Very nice stay and highly recommend!”
