We are located adjacent to the New Bern Light Rail station – literally steps away! The Light Rail allows you to easily access all of Charlotte! Only 15 mins on the Light Rail to Bank Of America Stadium (Home of the Panthers and Charlotte FC), Spectrum Center (Home of the Charlotte Hornets), and Truist Field (Home of the Charlotte Knights Minor League Baseball team). Only 11 minutes from Charlotte International Airport.
There is free off-street parking at our home! Leave your car at home! The South End is a walkable neighborhood, where you can access everything you need to enjoy your stay. To explore further, hop on an e-scooter or easily grab an Uber/Lyft.
SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: There will be two doorbell cameras, one at the front door and one at the rear door. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
Given the 29 night minimum stay, the cleaning fee is for a “deep clean” to be performed after check out.
-With approval, pets are permitted (max of two pets) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet.

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

“This place was close to everything and still felt very private. The rooftop was wonderful and we had everything we needed. The garage was huge and had plenty of room for our vehicle, bikes, and could have easily fit more.nnThe hosts brought a brand new vacuum over when we asked if one was available as we stayed for a few weeks. nWe really appreciated the hosts opening another day for us to stay as, due to an unsafe situation in our first Airbnb. We had to move quickly and find somewhere that allowed a longer stay with a pet last minute.nnWe both work from home and were able to work here very easily and comfortably. nThe street noise could be difficult for some to deal with if youu2019re a light sleeper, but we had no issues. nnWould absolutely book with this property manager again! However, we will probably not book with Airbnb again as their customer service was terrible with the first place we rented and left us in an unsafe place for far longer than it should have taken.”
