We are located in a quiet, neighborhood located near everything. Less than a mile from downtown Harrisburg, 2 miles to NASCAR Speedway, and 12 miles from Uptown Charlotte.
You can park anywhere in the driveway, and please enter through the FRONT door. **Your guest code will not work at the side door.**
We have an alarm system however, we ask that you do not use it. If the alarm is accidentally triggered you may be liable for a fee.
The basement/garage is locked and off limits. *(If you are staying with us for more than 30 days please reach out for additonal details. Washer and Dryer available only for Month long+ guests.)
**Please note there is a switch in the kitchen that needs to be turned on for the dishwasher to work.**

“My husband and I, along with our 3 year old son, as well as my parents, stayed here for 3 nights. nnOur main reason for staying was to see a concert at PNC Music Pavilion and visit the Great Wolf Lodge and Sea Life Aquarium. This house was a GREAT location for doing all of those things. nnWe especially liked the proximity to Harrisburg Park (playground and splash pad). Neighborhood was nice. We felt safe. Short drive (back roads) to a good coffee shop and brewery; short drive to Publix for groceries. nnMy biggest complaint was the squeaky floors. Wow, the place needs work to fix them. If you are considering staying here with a young child (who still naps), or with people who get up at different times, this was a major drawback. nnThe house was also in need of a deep clean, fans and baseboards especially. nnI would recommend for the location, but not necessarily for the ambience inside the home.”
“This cute house made our group of six feel at home. From the moment we walked in we all felt comfortable. Three nice size bedrooms with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels for the two bathrooms. Huge lot if you wanted to play yard games. Two miles from Charlotte Motor Speedway. We found cute places very close by for morning coffee / breakfast sandwiches etc. along with grocery stores, fast food and dine in restaurants. Pharr Mill Brewing was a little gem tucked away very close. Canu2019t be more happy with the hosts. I would email with a question and I had a response right a way – even over Memorial Weekend. We would recommend this house and would reserve it the next time we return to Charlotte. Thank You.”
